Reiki Master - Katie McIntyre

Katie uses Reiki as a technique to help your personal development on an emotional, mental, and physical level. Katie has been training and practicing Reiki since 2011 for both people and animals. She is trained in Usui Reiki as a Level III Master, and Healing Touch for Animals as a Level III Practitioner.

Katie takes her health and wellness inspiration from nature. Nature Therapy, or Shinrin Yoku, is a big part of her approach to Reiki. Her family and dogs are frequently out exploring, hiking, swimming, and unwinding in Mother Nature. The Mountains are her favourite place to be.

Working within a multi-disciplinary health care field, Katie has seen the benefits of using multiple treatment methods to heal the body. The combined expertise of health professionals committed to the well-being of an individual greatly improve overall mental, physical, and emotional health. Adding Reiki treatments can greatly improve your body's response to your regular health care routine.

Katie has a B.A in Archaeology and is currently studying for her Clinical Herbalist designation in Alberta. She is employed at Wild Rose College.

Her Reiki Practice focuses on the following:

Trauma
